Na deze sessie ken je verschillende AI-tools om te gebruiken in je eigen lespraktijk als leerkracht. Je leert ook welke mogelijkheden er zijn voor je leerlingen.

Inhoud

We starten de sessie met een korte, maar bondige uitleg over de voor- en nadelen van AI in het onderwijs. Vervolgens krijg je tips over hoe je op een goede manier een prompt kunt maken om effectief aan de slag te gaan met AI. We gaan ook praktisch aan de slag met verschillende AI-tools die voor het vak Engels een meerwaarde kunnen bieden in onze onderwijspraktijk.

Spreekopdrachten: we kennen ze allemaal. Die ene leerling of dat ene groepje dat vooraan in de klas staat, een PowerPointpresentatie ter ondersteuning en liters zenuwzweet dat op de grond druppelt.

Kan het ook anders? Ja! Tijdens dit moment neem ik je mee in mijn visie op spreekopdrachten en geef ik je een aanzet hoe je spreekvaardigheid op een andere manier kan organiseren.

Whether you want to engage reluctant readers, challenge strong readers or simply bring more excitement into your lessons, this workshop provides inspiration, practical strategies and real classroom examples you can start using right away.

The workshop is led by a passionate young English teacher and avid reader who shares her love of books with the world on Instagram on her profile @misslambertreads. She hopes to inspire both students and teachers, showing that reading can be fun, engaging and truly exciting.

Experience our popular crime scene workshop yourself! Designed for teenagers learning English, this active workshop will be delivered by native speaker and theatre practitioner, Abbie Moore.You will experience elements from the 50-minute and 100-minute ‘CSI: The 7 Suspects’ workshops as they are delivered in schools. There will be a chance to ask questions at the end of the workshop.

Methodiek

This will be a practical session in which you will work in a team with others. Everything will be delivered in English. Think escape-room combined with theatre activities, crime vocab and a whole load of laughter. Come and join - why should the students have all the fun?
