During this webinar you will explore what it means to embody inner leadership in your own life and work and which tools and insights Non Violent Communication offers in this area. At the same time you will understand more about some power dynamics you might face in your classroom, in your work with colleagues, etc. and which impact you can have by modelling inner leadership with your students and actually anyone. In the past 22 years Corrylaura developed a clear overview that summarizes the core of Non Violent Communication and which offers a clear handhold for daily practice. 

Information about the lecturer:

Originally Corrylaura was a teacher in primary school. During her studies she was very sad and disappointed in the school system in Belgium that actually teaches children to almost blindly follow the leader. She started to study NVC all over Europe and founded Blabla House for Connection, that celebrated their 20’th anniversary in 2018. 

Beside schools, she also works with any organization on creating an open feedback culture, on implementing inclusive decision making processes, on authentic and connective leadership, inspiring and nurturing inner leadership, etc. Mostly they work in social profit organizations such as youth care, psychiatric hospitals, communities, prisons, and so on.
